This 39 year old woman came to The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery for a brachioplasty (arm lift). Dr. Bivik Shah does this procedure to correct the excess skin and fat of the arms (bat wings) by cutting it out. The after photo was taken 4 months after surgery.
