This is a 60-year-old woman from Marion, Ohio who came to The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery with an excessive amount of fat and skin on her upper arms (“bat wings”). She met with Top Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Bivik Shah and together they decided that she would greatly benefit from a brachioplasty (arm lift). She is pictured here before and 3 months after surgery.
