This 47 year old woman came to The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery because she was unhappy with the appearance of her arms. She had sagging skin and excess fat on her arms. She came and met with Dr. Bivik Shah and together they decided upon a brachioplasty (arm lift). The after photo was taken 3 years after surgery.
