This 37 year old woman came to The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery because she had an excessive amount of fat and skin on her arms. She met with Dr. Bivik Shah and he talked with her about her options. Together they decided on a brachioplasty (arm lift). The after photo was taken 6 months after surgery.
