This is a 52 year old woman from Kingston, Ohio. She wanted a breast augmentation at The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery. After carefully considering the implant size, she and Dr. Bivik Shah decided upon using a 325 cc implants on both breasts. The after photos were taken 4 months after surgery. Her incision was under the breast, easily hidden, and the implants were placed below the muscle.
