This patient is a 25 year old woman from Columbus, Ohio. She came to The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery for a Breast Augmentation (implants). After learning about the differences between silicone and saline implants, she and plastic surgeon, Dr. Bivik Shah, decided to use 375 cc saline implants. The implants are placed under the muscle in the chest for a natural look. The after photos were taken 8 months after surgery.
