This 28 year old woman came to The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery for a Breast Augmentation. She met with the plastic surgeon, Dr. Bivik Shah and they discussed her options between silicone and saline breast implants. She decided upon saline breast implants. The right is filled to 325cc and the left to 350cc. The after photo was taken 2 weeks after surgery.
