This 26 year old woman came to The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery from Portsmouth, Ohio for a silicone breast augmentation. She consulted with the plastic surgeon, Dr. Bivik Shah and together they decided upon 425cc silicone implants to give her the look she was wishing to achieve.
