This 32 year old woman came to Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery for a breast augmentation (breast implants). She had wanted to attain fullness of her breasts and the best way to do that is with breast implants. For her, Dr. Bivik Shah suggested that the implants be placed under the muscle in a normal fashion. They decided on 475cc silicone breast implants and her incision (scar) in under the breast in the crease (inframammary fold). The after photo of this woman was taken 3 years after her surgery.
