This 24 year old woman came to Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery for a breast augmentation with saline breast implants. She had 360cc implants placed below her muscle and the incision is made at the underside of the breast, hidden in the crease. The after photo here was taken 6 weeks after surgery.
