This is a 37-year-old woman from Columbus Ohio who knew she wanted larger breasts, so came to The Columbus Institute of plastic Surgery to discuss breast augmentation with top plastic surgeon, Dr. Bivik Shah. Together, they decided to move forward with high profile silicone implants, placed under the muscle, entered through the inframammary folds.
