This 35-year-old woman from Sunbury, Ohio came to The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery to enhance the appearance of her breasts. She met with top plastic surgeon, Dr. Bivik Shah to discuss the differences between silicone and saline implants. She then decided to have 450 cc silicone breast implants.
