This is a 25 year old African American woman from Westerville Ohio who came to see Dr. Shah at The Institute of Plastic Surgery to discuss the breast augmentation she had been considering for some time. Following a detailed informational session and assessment, she decided to go with 450 cc high profile silicone implants. Dr. Shah placed them through her inframammary folds, and under her pectoral muscles. She is photographed here pre-operatively and 6 weeks following breast augmentation.
