This 42-year-old African American woman from Galloway, Ohio came to see Dr. Bivik Shah at the Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery concerning a breast lift (correcting breast sag). She moved forward with surgery and the after pictures were taken 2 months after. To do a breast lift, it means removing excess skin and tightening the breast tissue which results in putting scars on the front of the breast – she has an incision around the areola (the dark circle on the breast), straight down to the breast crease, and side to side. The incisions will hide even more by about 6 months after the breast lift surgery.
