This 26 year old woman from Columbus, OH came to Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery for a breast reduction. As you can see she had fairly large breasts. Her breasts were giving her difficulties for quite some time so she and Dr. Bivik Shah had becided upon a breast reduction. He removed 0.88lbs of breast tissue from the right breast, and an equal amount on the left. The after photo here was taken 7 months after surgery.
