This 54 year old woman came to The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery for a Buttock Augmentation. She had been thinking about this procedure for quite some time. She and Dr. Bivik Shah discussed her options and together they decided that she would benefit greatly from the silicone buttock implants. The incision is made at the top of and in between the butt cheeks in a “V” shape. As you can see with this patient, she also had a buttock lift. This is the scar that is going around her waist. Her after photos were taken 1 month after surgery.
