This 37 year old woman from Columbus, Ohio came to the Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery for a Rhinoplasty (nose job) and their best rhinoplasty surgeons.. She had been unhappy with the appearance of her nose for quite some time. She did not like the hump that she had as it appears from the side. To make this feature more pleasant, the board certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Bivik Shah, went in and refined her nose through a very small incision that is almost impossible to see.  As you can see in the after photos (about 6.5 months later) the issues that she had with her nose are corrected. The hump is gone, the tips is shaped beautifully, and the bridge has a nice slope.
