This 40 year old woman came to The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery for a thighplasty (thigh lift). The plastic surgeon, Dr. Bivik Shah performed this procedure on her and she is much happier with the appearance of her legs now. The after photo was taken 2.5 month after surgery.
