This 39 year old woman came to The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery for an abdominoplasty after having lost weight on her own. She was left with sagging skin in her abdominal area that will not be able to go away without surgical help. She met with Dr. Bivik Shah who performed a fleur de leis tummy tuck. As you can see, the scar goes from hip to hip and is easily hidden below the panty line. She also has the scar that goes up and down in the middle of her stomach. This up and down incision allows Dr. Shah to pull the skin tight from side to side. The after photo was taken 4 months after surgery and her scars will continue to heal and look better and better within a year and a half after her surgery.
