This patient 28 year old male from Columbus, Ohio had a Level II gynecomastia surgery done by Dr. Bivik Shah at The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery. This means that he had liposuction and also a minimal incision under the areola. This gives a very flat, smooth chest. The after photos were taken 3 months after surgery.
